Thank you for getting us the file. We've used it to get all of Jeff's data up to date. To our knowledge we've had FTP IDX paperwork in place for the last several years, and added RETS paperwork a couple of years ago now. Since then, we've used a combination of the FTP IDX and RETS data. It looks like the FTP account has now been disabled. If the FTP account remains disabled, we will not be able to completely supply Jeff with updates over the weekend. We will need that access restored to keep Jeff's data running smoothly in its current format. Please let us know what we can do for the immediate moment. Thank you. It sounds like you guys did not have me fully on RETS, if at all and I have been paying the board $150 a month for the RETS access. So I have been wasting my money. Now I know why when the board changed something and you can not get access to the IDX server my stuff was not working. Yesterday the RETS server was up all day and you said you could not get the data. Now it all makes sense when Philip told me you could access one of the servers. It was not the RETS server that I should be getting my data from it was the IDX. I knew something was fishy when the updates would not go out on the HBR board in the past. I am kind of upset at the moment. I am paying $250 a month for a dedicated server. I wonder if am really on my own server??? I hope you at least are able to keep the data up there and not delete it again. Bruce at the board probably will not be able to get you a proper password until next week since you are getting my data from the IDX and not the rets server :-( Very disappointed at the moment. I trusted you guys were taking care of me. I am not an idiot. Sounds like I have been paying for services that I have not been receiving.
