Oahu Real Estate

The graphs below show the current state of the Oahu real estate market. The first set are for single-family homes. We start with a month-to-month list of the median sales price vs. unit sales. The next chart is a 3-month moving average of the same data to smooth out month-to-month variations. The last chart in the set is a 12-month moving average. The second set of three charts does the same for Oahu condos.

The Median Prices shown in the chart below are the prices paid for residential properties reported as sold through the Oahu Board of Realtors computerized Multiple Listing Service (MLS) system for the first quarter of 2008.

Median Sales Price means the midpoint of sales prices, where half of the unit sales were at prices above the given amount and half were below.
